Although Eastern European cuisine is not synonymous with noodles or pasta, some traditional dishes have been influenced by the Mediterranean, particularly by the Queen of Poland, Bona Sforza who was Italian by birth. She brought tomatoes, various herbs and pasta with her consort and the ingredients were adopted by the people of Poland. Our range contains the essential sauces and pasta needed in some of these classic dishes.
